加长和缩短综采面的巷道设计及设备安撤工艺研究

摘要: 为了解决矿井在不规则区域无法布置规则的综采工作面而造成资源浪费的问题,大柳塔煤矿改变传统综采面布置方式,采取了加长或缩短综采面倾向长度的方式,最大限度地布置综采面,大幅提高了资源回收率。文章对综采面加长和缩短时的巷道布置设计及相应的设备安装、回撤工艺进行介绍,并对经济效益情况进行分析。

Abstract: Mine in the layout of the fully mechanized working face, tend to be faults, erosion and other geologic conditions or affected by the mine with irregular boundary. In these areas should not be arranged in regular shape of strip shape in fully mechanized coal mining face, corner of fully mechanized coal face outside the area can only be the Wongawilli mining method mining or abandoned mining, the recovery rate is greatly reduced, causing tremendous waste of coal resources. In order to solve this problem, we further improve the resource recovery rate of these regions, and the trend of the coal mine is based on the geological structure, and the inclined length of the fully mechanized face can be lengthened or shortened. In addition to the layout of the roadway, the equipment on the surface of the installation of the new requirements, this paper for the full mechanized mining face layout design and working surface equipment installed in a detailed study, the results are applicable to all existing irregular area layout of the fully mechanized coal face.
